Learn how to decorate a cake like a pro!  Attendees will learn how to carve a one-layer cake into the shape of a butterfly, then ice and decorate it in the design of their choosing. Staff from Mimi’s Cake Decorating School will be present to demonstrate the latest techniques in decorating and design. Each student will practice taught techniques and customize their design on a cake which they will get to take home at the end of the class!  All of the supplies are  included in the cost. Cake is nut-free but does contain dairy, gluten and eggs. Limit: 12.

Mimi's Cake Decorating School has professionally trained designers who have the ability to make food into works of art! Mimi's has been all over Connecticut providing instruction to people of all ages for several years.
