Skyhawks Track & Field Camp - NEW!

Skyhawks Track & Field camp was developed to introduce young athletes to a sport rich in tradition and history. This program combines technical development and fundamental techniques, with safety and a major focus on fun! Using special equipment, our exercises and drills will prepare athletes for a future in cross-country or track and field, while inspiring a love for running. The fundamentals of body positioning, stride, proper stretching, and cool-down techniques are all covered in this unique program. Participants will apply what they’ve learned at the Skyhawks track meet at the end of the week! Participants should wear athletic clothing and sneakers. Please bring a nut-free snack and water bottle daily. Limit 20.
