Progressive Swim Lessons (Summer 2025) - MINNOWS (level one) - Minnows, Session Three (8:55 - 9:35 AM) Swimming lessons are an essential part of a child's education. Being able to swim properly increases confidence, which makes time in the water a safe and enjoyable experience. Our Progressive Swim Lessons are taught by certified American Red Cross Lifeguards, with an enthusiasm and dedication to helping children achieve their swimming goals. Progressive lessons are for children 5 years old and up. Swim lessons are offered Monday through Friday for ONE week sessions. Pre-Progressive Swim Lessons (Summer 2025) - GUPPIES (4 YEAR OLDS) - Guppies, Session Three (12:00 - 12:30 PM) Swimming lessons are an essential part of a child's education. Being able to swim properly increases confidence, which makes time in the water a safe and enjoyable experience. Our Pre-Progressive Swim Lessons are taught by certified American Red Cross Lifeguards, with an enthusiasm and dedication to helping children achieve their swimming goals. Guppies: Introduces basic swimming skills and water safety. Children learn pool rules, water safety and adjustment. Once they have mastered these skills, they will go at their own pace and learn beginner strokes and be able to swim more on their own. Pre-Progressive Level: Must be 4 years old at the start of the session. Once a child turns 5 years of age they must be registered for Minnows. One parent or guardian must stay on-site, in the stands, for the entirety of the program. All participants are required to be toilet trained or must wear a swim diaper during lessons. Adult Yoga - Adult Yoga - Summer '25 Whether you have been practicing yoga for years or this is your first time, this class is for you! Release stress and improve personal well-being. Yoga will bring balance, breath awareness, stamina and flexibility to the body and mind. Students will be able to work at their own level, modifying poses as needed. Our Pre-Progressive Swim Lessons are taught by certified American Red Cross Lifeguards, with an enthusiasm and dedication to helping children achieve their swimming goals. Guppies: Introduces basic swimming skills and water safety. Children learn pool rules, water safety and adjustment. Once they have mastered these skills, they will go at their own pace and learn beginner strokes and be able to swim more on their own. Pre-Progressive Level: Must be 4 years old at the start of the session. Once a child turns 5 years of age they must be registered for Minnows. Our Pre-Progressive Swim Lessons are taught by certified American Red Cross Lifeguards, with an enthusiasm and dedication to helping children achieve their swimming goals. Guppies: Introduces basic swimming skills and water safety. Children learn pool rules, water safety and adjustment. Once they have mastered these skills, they will go at their own pace and learn beginner strokes and be able to swim more on their own. Pre-Progressive Level: Must be 4 years old at the start of the session. Once a child turns 5 years of age they must be registered for Minnows. Progressive Swim Lessons (Summer 2025) - TIGERFISH (level two) - Tigerfish, Session Four (9:40 - 10:20 AM) Swimming lessons are an essential part of a child's education. Being able to swim properly increases confidence, which makes time in the water a safe and enjoyable experience. Our Progressive Swim Lessons are taught by certified American Red Cross Lifeguards, with an enthusiasm and dedication to helping children achieve their swimming goals. Pre-Progressive Swim Lessons (Summer 2025) - GUPPIES (4 YEAR OLDS) - Guppies, Session Four (12:00 - 12:30 PM) Swimming lessons are an essential part of a child's education. Being able to swim properly increases confidence, which makes time in the water a safe and enjoyable experience. Our Pre-Progressive Swim Lessons are taught by certified American Red Cross Lifeguards, with an enthusiasm and dedication to helping children achieve their swimming goals. Guppies: Introduces basic swimming skills and water safety. Children learn pool rules, water safety and adjustment. Once they have mastered these skills, they will go at their own pace and learn beginner strokes and be able to swim more on their own. Pre-Progressive Level: Must be 4 years old at the start of the session. Once a child turns 5 years of age they must be registered for Minnows. One parent or guardian must stay on-site, in the stands, for the entirety of the program. All participants are required to be toilet trained or must wear a swim diaper during lessons. Our Pre-Progressive Swim Lessons are taught by certified American Red Cross Lifeguards, with an enthusiasm and dedication to helping children achieve their swimming goals. Guppies: Introduces basic swimming skills and water safety. Children learn pool rules, water safety and adjustment. Once they have mastered these skills, they will go at their own pace and learn beginner strokes and be able to swim more on their own. Finally, our space explorers will participate in a rocket launch! Participants should bring a nut-free snack and a water bottle. Our Pre-Progressive Swim Lessons are taught by certified American Red Cross Lifeguards, with an enthusiasm and dedication to helping children achieve their swimming goals. Guppies: Introduces basic swimming skills and water safety. Children learn pool rules, water safety and adjustment. Once they have mastered these skills, they will go at their own pace and learn beginner strokes and be able to swim more on their own. Pre-Progressive Level: Must be 4 years old at the start of the session. Once a child turns 5 years of age they must be registered for Minnows. One parent or guardian must stay on-site, in the stands, for the entirety of the program. All participants are required to be toilet trained or must wear a swim diaper during lessons. Guppies: Introduces basic swimming skills and water safety. Children learn pool rules, water safety and adjustment. Once they have mastered these skills, they will go at their own pace and learn beginner strokes and be able to swim more on their own. Our Pre-Progressive Swim Lessons are taught by certified American Red Cross Lifeguards, with an enthusiasm and dedication to helping children achieve their swimming goals. Guppies: Introduces basic swimming skills and water safety. Children learn pool rules, water safety and adjustment. Once they have mastered these skills, they will go at their own pace and learn beginner strokes and be able to swim more on their own. Pre-Progressive Level: Must be 4 years old at the start of the session. Once a child turns 5 years of age they must be registered for Minnows. One parent or guardian must stay on-site, in the stands, for the entirety of the program. All participants are required to be toilet trained or must wear a swim diaper during lessons. Our Pre-Progressive Swim Lessons are taught by certified American Red Cross Lifeguards, with an enthusiasm and dedication to helping children achieve their swimming goals. Guppies: Introduces basic swimming skills and water safety. Children learn pool rules, water safety and adjustment. Once they have mastered these skills, they will go at their own pace and learn beginner strokes and be able to swim more on their own. Pre-Progressive Level: Must be 4 years old at the start of the session. Once a child turns 5 years of age they must be registered for Minnows. One parent or guardian must stay on-site, in the stands, for the entirety of the program. All participants are required to be toilet trained or must wear a swim diaper during lessons. Our Progressive Swim Lessons are taught by certified American Red Cross Lifeguards, with an enthusiasm and dedication to helping children achieve their swimming goals. Progressive lessons are for children 5 years old and up. Swim lessons are offered Monday through Friday for ONE week sessions. Goggles are recommended, though we do not allow those that cover the nose. Progressive Swim Lessons (Summer 2025) - MINNOWS (level one) - Minnows, Session Seven (10:25 - 11:05 AM) Swimming lessons are an essential part of a child's education. Being able to swim properly increases confidence, which makes time in the water a safe and enjoyable experience. Our Progressive Swim Lessons are taught by certified American Red Cross Lifeguards, with an enthusiasm and dedication to helping children achieve their swimming goals. Pre-Progressive Swim Lessons (Summer 2025) - GUPPIES (4 YEAR OLDS) - Guppies, Session Seven (12:00 - 12:30 PM) Swimming lessons are an essential part of a child's education. Being able to swim properly increases confidence, which makes time in the water a safe and enjoyable experience. Our Pre-Progressive Swim Lessons are taught by certified American Red Cross Lifeguards, with an enthusiasm and dedication to helping children achieve their swimming goals. Guppies: Introduces basic swimming skills and water safety. Children learn pool rules, water safety and adjustment. Once they have mastered these skills, they will go at their own pace and learn beginner strokes and be able to swim more on their own. Pre-Progressive Level: Must be 4 years old at the start of the session. Once a child turns 5 years of age they must be registered for Minnows. One parent or guardian must stay on-site, in the stands, for the entirety of the program. All participants are required to be toilet trained or must wear a swim diaper during lessons. Adult Yoga - Adult Yoga - Summer '25 Whether you have been practicing yoga for years or this is your first time, this class is for you! Release stress and improve personal well-being. Yoga will bring balance, breath awareness, stamina and flexibility to the body and mind. Students will be able to work at their own level, modifying poses as needed.
